Aqua Hulled Sesame Seed

Aqua Hulled Sesame Seed is produced from the finest whitish sesame seed available. These seeds are selected at JMIL prior to being processed. These seeds are specially hulled, obtaining a clear white sesame seed. The seeds undergo a aquahuss.jpg (9981 bytes) double washing and special drying assuring the presence of all valuable properties within the seed. At the same time, this sesame seed will remain white after baking.

The aqua hulled sesame seed is very popular in the hamburger bun production. The seed has the property to stick to the bun creating a clear top dressing while at the same time assuring a white seed after baking.; Packing:

Mechanically Hulled Sesame Seed

The natural sesame seed undergoes an initial screening and thorough cleaning, assuring a clean seed ready for hulling.

This process implies that the seed contains all its natural richness and flavor while it only loses its skin. The mechanically hulled sesame seed has the nutritional advantage that all proteins, amino acids and vitamins within the seed are easily absorbed from the seed within the human digestive system. The removal of the skin makes the seed softer and better digestible.

Mechanically hulled sesame seed enriches bakery and confectionary products. It is also the basis for our creamy, sweet wholesome tahini.
